11 Year Old Girl Forced To Marry Handicap Man

In news that was reported by local news channel of Pakistan it was stated that a girl who age was 11 years was forced to marry a 22-year-old handicap man. It was stated by the family members of the girl that her father received an amount of 70 thousand along with a motorcycle. They still had not complained to the police station due to father’s threatening.

They are the residents of Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13D, Karachi, Pakistan. According to the report girl was living in her grandmother’s house from where her father took her by force and married with the handicap man. On her return to her grandmother’s house she explained that she was forced on gun point to marry the man.

The family members took the girl away from her father and were protesting in front of the Karachi Press Club. In front of KPC they were demanding that father should be arrested as he is threatening them. According to the family the incident took place 20 to 22 days ago.

They hadn’t complained it to police due to the fear of her father and came to demand justice in front of the press club. Her mother is not alive so she was living with her grandmother.

ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق پشاور یونیورسٹی میں پختون اسٹوڈنٹ فیڈریشن کی جانب سے ’’ویلنٹائن ڈے‘‘ جب کہ اسلامی جمعیت طلبا کی جانب سے ’’حیا ڈے‘‘ منایا جارہا تھا جس پر دونوں تنظیموں کے درمیان تصادم ہوگیا اس دوران دونوں طلبا تنظیموں نے ایک دوسرے پر پتھراؤ اوراندھا دھند فائرنگ بھی کی  جس کے نتیجے میں 3 طالبعلم زخمی ہوگئے۔

دونوں تنظیموں میں تصادم کے دوران جامعہ پشاور میدان جنگ کا منظر پیش کرتی رہی تاہم بعد ازاں پولیس کی بھاری نفری نے یونیورسٹی پہنچ کر تصادم میں ملوث  13 طالب علموں کو حراست میں لے لیا۔
